She has spoken at major events like the Texas Black Expo, contributed to Natural Hair Rules, and worked behind the scenes for years at NZURI Natural Hair Care Expo, one of the largest global celebrations of natural hair.

 

Beyond the salon, Treshina bridges beauty, education, and business. She created Libationz, a networking event for stylists, makeup artists, and photographers. She also leads Beyond Beauty Business Consulting, guiding beauty entrepreneurs in business strategy and growth. Her leadership has been recognized at the 40 Under 40 Glam Awards, and ZD Hair Spa received the Lux 2016 Salon and Spa Award for Best Natural Hair Salon in the World.

 

A global educator, she travels internationally, mentoring beauty professionals on hair techniques, business development, and team building. She is also the founder of The International Business of Curls, creating a worldwide network committed to preserving the heritage and business of natural curls.

 

Treshina holds an MS in Global Project Management, a BA in Business Management, and certifications in Trichology, Massage Therapy, and Detox Therapy Consulting. As a U.S. Army Veteran, she blends discipline and holistic wellness into her approach to beauty and business.
