Consultations and Services

New clients must schedule a consultation before being seen. Description of consultation is on services and booking page. Separate appointments must be made for each individual client. Services are appointment-only.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Remove extensions/previous style and have hair detangled prior to appointment. 

  • If you require take-down or detangling, let your stylist know ahead of time to properly schedule your appointment time.

  • Be aware that additional hair prep services elongates appointment time and service time expense. Failure to let your stylist know this service is needed may result in appointment cancellation.

  • Hair may be shampooed and conditioned prior to lock maintenance and extensions service. Hair will be assessed prior to extension and loc maintenance services to determine if treatments and additional cleansing are needed prior to installation.

Feedback

Immediately notify your stylist of any complaints or concerns. All styles and prices are final after 24 hours.

 

Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a late cancellation fee. No call, no shows will incur a balance equivalent to that of the missed appointment. All balances must be paid prior to accepting re-booking.

 

Inquiries

All inquiries will be handled during business hours.  Should you not be contacted in a timely fashion within 24 hours of initial contact, please call. After hour inquiries can be sent through the contact link.

 

Children and Guests

In salon visits: no children or guests unless they are being serviced.

On-site/mobile/home visits: Children and guests are the full responsibility of the client. The client will be held responsible for replacement or repair of damaged property during visit. Children present during visit may increase service expenses due to increase in appointment time.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals over 15 minutes late incur a late fee or risk cancellation. Pride is taken in delivering timely service to each client. Late arrivals may not receive all scheduled services or may have to reschedule as a courtesy to the stylist's and next client's schedule. There is no guarantee that services can be rescheduled same day.

Gratuities/Tips

Tips/Gratuities are not included in any service. They are always accepted and appreciated.

 

Payments

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted via Paypal as well as Cash and Cash App. No Personal Checks.
